Class 5

Welcome to the Year 5 Class Page! We are a happy, hard-working class of 30 pupils with 14 girls and 16 boys. 

We have adopted the motto this year: 

 If you believe in yourself, anything is possible!

We have enjoyed our mark-making weeks and loved visiting the Bath Children's Literature Festival to hear Katherine Rundell speaking about her book, Impossible Creatures - she was so inspiring! We are looking forward to studying Aretha Franklin as part of our Black History Month activities.

Among our other exciting opportunities this year are the Christmas Play, our Dance Festival,  a Robotics Workshop and World Book Day, to name just a few!

With the help of Mrs Whitehouse, Mrs Weber and our teaching assistant, Mrs Miles (and each other!) we will be practising all the skills we have learned so far in school, acquiring new ones, and are looking forward to working hard and helping everyone achieve their goals and dreams.
