New regulations concerning data protection will be operational from May 25th 2018. Below you will find important documents related to this.
The Burrington and Wrington Federation is committed to the protection of all personal and sensitive data which it maintains as the Data Controller. The handling of such data is in line with the data protection principles, the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
The Federation has a Data Protection Officer, who is currently one of the governors with requisite experience. If you have any questions or concerns, these should in the first instance be addressed to the Head.
